Today, we have the pleasure of embarking on a private boat ride with a guide on the Tonle Sap lake, the largest permanent fresh-water lake in South East Asia. This lake flows into Tonle Sap River, which eventually joins the Mekong in Phnom Penh. During our excursion, we will witness a unique sight - a fishermen's "floating village" complete with floating schools, a floating police station, and more. This village is akin to a large community that floats on the lake and moves from place to place based on water levels and currents.
